Arthur Becker is a businessman and the current managing director of Impower Plc. Becker began his career in 1987 as the director of Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Becker held this position for seven years, and he was in charge of overseeing the company’s activities, which revolved around security trading, brokerage, and investment banking. In 1998, he established Advance Partners LLC, a company that specializes in the provision of staffing solutions and financial services. In 1999, Becker founded Madison Technology Group, LLC and served as its managing director. In 2000, he was elected the deputy president of ClearBlue Technologies, Inc., a premier company that offers storage services and data management services. He was also appointed vice chairman of the board of directors of the company. In 2002, he co-founded Atlantic Investors LLC, a company that pioneers in asset management.
